Masculine cards

I was running super low on guy birthday cards, so these were what I made today. I couldn't decide if the car should be orange or blue, and I also couldn't choose between the two mat stack dies, so I made one of each. I finally got decent photos of these cards, on the third try! Kraft is kind of vexing to me at times, or at least to my camera. I went back to my older camera, because I had been suspecting that it took better card photos. Boy, was that the truth!

Details: stamps - Enjoy the Ride; paper - Rustic White, Kraft, Terracotta Tile, Ocean Tides, Pyrus (Basic Grey); ink - Chai Tea Dye, Memento Tuxedo Black (Tsukeninko); dies - Enjoy the Ride, Mat Stack 1, Mat Stack 3, Double Ended Banner; accessories - Gelly Roll glitter pen (Sakura), dimensionals

Lovely cards Chris and I love the clean design. Great idea to stamp the car onto a mat stack.

Love the softness you gave to these images Chris. I hope you and your family had a wonderful Easter. (BTW - I still enjoy using your templates to make treat boxes to this day - thank you so much for sharing them on SCS!!)

I love the especially love the pp you used in these- great colors and softness. If I had to choose, I think I like the the blue car and the die cut shape better on the first card :)

Is that striped patterned paper PTI, too?
I love how you combined the car with the mat stack dies!

Love the cards! Great idea to use the mat stack 3 die with its rounded top to go with the car stamp. It coordinates so well!

Leigh, the striped paper is from Basic Grey's Pyrus 6x6 paper pack.

Awesome masculine cards! I can see why you had a hard time deciding on which color and mat to use, they both look great to me! The striped paper is such a fun addition!

Great masculine cards. Like the way you made them a bit different with different dies and car colors. TFS!

Good job on both cards, Chris! Love the car on the different Mat Stack shapes -- good idea. Funny how the shape of the mat makes the card look different -- wider on the first one and taller on the second one. I think I like the blue car and the second mat stack shape. (Gonna make a third card now? :) ) Great job on your masculine cards!

Great card! That paper on the left is so pretty! Reminds me of my Mexican holiday, the plaids they have there look quite like it, fun!
Wishing you a lovely day!

Great card Chris. I had a peek at some of your other cards and they fit the bill too! Love the storage system, as well, I'm working on a similar design, but I've filled up all the premade pouches and have to make some more.
